Please ensure you read the terms and conditions from Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd.

All visits and call outs arranged with Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd are subject to a minimal call out charge.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, 24 hours notice must be given before the allocated start time of the work. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation charge of 1 hours labour.

Works with the value greater than £1000 will require a minimum deposit of at least 50% of the total estimated amount. This deposit payment is to ensure you have read through and understood what is to be carried out and that you are happy with the works to commence. 

If there are any queries or major changes to the work explained within the estimate, this will need to be amended before the deposit invoice is issued and paid for.

A deposit payment will waiver a 7 day cool off period if you wish for the works to start before the 7 day period.

If an upfront payment is required, it must be received prior to any works commencing to ensure:

A) Binding contract between Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd and the client commences.

B) Materials and partial labour costs are covered in advance of the work.

C) You have agreed to the terms and conditions of Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd. 

Payment is to be received no later than 7 working days of receiving the final invoice. 

The invoice must be paid in full prior to any further work commencing.

If applicable: If the appliances are incorrect or faulty, meaning we have to make a return visit to reconnect, further charges will be incurred to cover a return visit.  These can be contested with the relevant appliance manufacturers.

Upon completion of all the contracted work, a final invoice will be issued for the outstanding amount owed, along with any other relevant paperwork, certification, and any instruction manuals for the installation.

Failure to pay within the outlined invoice period(s), followed by ignoring outstanding invoice reminders, will result in Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd following up with legal action and/or debt recovery agencies to recover the amount(s) owed. 

Interest and legal fees will be added to final debt recovery amount dependent on the severity of the debt. 

Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd guarantees work from the completion date, providing no modifications are carried out by third parties. 

We also provide a 1 year guarantee on our supplied and installed accessories and fittings. 

Fittings or accessories supplied by the client are NOT covered within our guarantee. 

All costs are estimated by Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd or associated sub-contractors. If additional work is required (which is not covered within this estimate), or if any repositioning of equipment or fittings are required due to circumstances out of the hands of Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd (e.g. builders damaging pipes, last minute changes of kitchen plans, bathrooms etc. - resulting in starting again), then additional costs will be incurred to remediate.

Any additional works requested will be costed ASAP from the time of request and will require a revised estimate from Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd. The additional amount agreed will be added to the final invoice upon completion of the contract or during relevant stage of the works.

All building waste caused by the installation or repair work (such as bricks, dust, plaster, bathroom furniture etc.) will be swept up and placed into rubble bags ready for removal from site or placed in the site skip. 

Due to waste licensing laws, we are not able to remove building waste from the site. 

We can arrange for the collection of waste via a third party company but we will need to arrange for an estimation to be done and agreed before ordering the works.

Copper piping and boilers removed by us will be taken by, and become the property of, Pipeworks - Plumbing - Heating Ltd under verbal agreement. 

The cost of materials has been quoted by the wholesalers upon the time of compiling this estimation. Prices of materials (i.e. copper, boilers, fittings, hot water cylinders etc) are constantly fluctuating in price and as such, the materials amount quoted is valid for a 30 day period.
