Boiler Servicing

Did you know your boiler should be serviced every year? Although this may seem like an added expense for your household, it provides you an in depth insight into the runnings of your boiler, giving you the reassurance that it is still working efficiently and safely. During an annual boiler service, I will check the boiler is still working in accordance with the manufacturers specification, ensure the boiler is running at it's optimal performance level and is not being over/under-fuelled, check the boiler's safety features and alert you of any problems that may be about to arise in the near future. All of which are important for safety and could help save you money, but will also help to keep your manufacturers warranty valid.

Landlord Gas Safety Certification

If you are a landlord or have tenants living in your property, it is a legal requirement to obtain an annual Gas Safety certificate to check the wellbeing and safety of any gas appliances that have the potential to cause harm to your tenants.
